Custom Sports Bottles with Your Logo
Custom sports bottles are the drinkware distributed by the hundreds: corporate races, trade shows, sponsored teams, and welcome packs. We work with polyethylene, cycling polypropylene, copolyester, aluminium, and steel, applying logos with precision. Production starts from 25 units.
Choose a Bottle for the Cap and Holder, Not the Colour
A sports bottle is judged on the first sip. If the push-pull cap is hard to open with one hand, leaks in the bag, or doesn't fit the bike holder, it ends up at the back of a cupboard, no matter how good the logo looks. Before considering colours, decide on three things: the closure type (one-motion push-pull, silicone valve for cycling, or screw cap with handle), the actual capacity —600, 750, or 1,000 ml— and whether the body is flexible for squeezing or rigid for desk use. Standard cycling bottles are around 73-74 mm in diameter at the base, which fits most bottle holders.
The second criterion is the material, as it determines the marking technique and price. Polyethylene and polypropylene are lightweight, affordable, and allow multi-colour screen printing or 360° printing, common in large runs. Rigid, transparent copolyester withstands daily use and gentle dishwasher cycles better. Aluminium and steel are higher-end and allow laser engraving, which doesn't chip. If you're looking for thermal insulation or a matching mug, the full comparison is at custom bottles and mugs for companies.
What Can Be Customised
- The logo on one or both sides or a wrap-around print. We require it in vector format (SVG, PDF, or AI); if you only have a PNG, we'll vectorise it.
- The colour of the body and cap separately: translucent or solid body in the corporate colour and cap in a contrasting shade, without overloading the print.
- Text per person or team: name, number, location, or event name on each unit, as we produce unit by unit, not in fixed batches.
- Capacity and closure, so each person can choose their format on the Pekata portal: 750 ml cycling bottle, 700 ml copolyester bottle, or 500 ml steel thermal bottle.
- The packaging: box with band, label, and card with your brand, alone or inside a corporate welcome pack alongside textiles and gourmet items.

How It's Done
- Design and Preview: choose model, capacity, and colours for body and cap, send us the logo in vector format, and we return the bottle assembled on screen, with marking at actual size and position. Nothing is produced until you approve this image.
- Production and marking: the plastic is screen-printed with UV-cured inks or printed in 360°; aluminium allows for digital printing and steel for permanent laser engraving. In screen printing, each colour is a pass, so a two-colour logo is cheaper than a four-colour one. We produce from 25 units, whether for a team of 20 people or a race with 3,000 participants.
- Delivery: to the office in a single shipment, to the event venue, or to each person's address across Europe. Typically, it takes two to three weeks from when you approve the preview, and each person enters their address on the Pekata portal, available in seven languages, without HR needing to collect data. A single invoice, with a breakdown of benefits in kind if needed.
Where a Bottle Shines and What to Pair It With
The bottle works when there's movement involved. In a race or a corporate sports challenge, it's the item everyone takes home and continues to use for months. At a stand, it's one of the few things a visitor is willing to carry all day: that's why it fits so well in event, fair, and congress merchandising, where it's important that the product is lightweight and doesn't break in transit. And within the company, it replaces single-use bottles in the meeting room or the headquarters gym.
Being a cost-effective product, it performs better when paired. Bottle plus technical t-shirt for the running team, bottle plus towel and bar for an internal challenge, or bottle inside a box with a printed sleeve and card with your brand. If the purchase criterion is the material, in eco-friendly merchandising you have versions in recycled plastic and aluminium, which avoid single-use. And if you need to finalise a large delivery for a fair or a street action, the overview is in promotional gifts for companies.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a customised sports bottle with my company logo cost?
A 750 ml polyethylene bottle with a screen-printed logo costs between €2 and €5 per unit, and the cycling one between €3 and €7. The copolyester one ranges from €5 to €9, the aluminium from €6 to €10, and the 500 ml stainless steel thermal bottle from €12 to €25. These are indicative prices excluding VAT, which improve with volume.
What is the minimum order for customised bottles?
The minimum order is 25 units: we produce unit by unit, so you can order 20 bottles for a team or 3,000 for a race. What changes with quantity is the price per unit, not the feasibility of doing it. For short runs, it's advisable to choose digital printing or laser engraving, which have no colour preparation cost.
How long does an order of logo bottles take?
With a catalogue model and standard screen printing, it typically takes two to three weeks from when you approve the preview. The 360° printing, laser engraving on steel, and out-of-catalogue body colours approach four weeks. This is an estimate, not a fixed deadline: tell us the event date when requesting a quote, and we'll plan backwards.
Which marking technique withstands the dishwasher best?
In plastic, screen printing with UV-cured inks withstands hand washing and gentle dishwasher cycles well; 360° printing covers more surface but wears out sooner in aggressive washes. In aluminium and steel, laser engraving is permanent because it removes material instead of adding ink. As a rule, a one or two-colour logo on the side ages better than a print that wraps around the entire body.
Can each person's name be put on their bottle?
Yes. As we produce per unit, we can vary the text on each piece: name, race number, or team on one side and the logo on the other. You can also let each person choose capacity and colour on the Pekata portal, available in seven languages, and receive it at their address without HR having to collect addresses.
