The Garment People Wear, Not Store Away

Corporate clothing has a well-known issue: the thin cotton t-shirt with a huge logo ends up in the drawer. The one that gets worn is what someone would buy: high weight, modern cut, subtle colours, and a small, well-embroidered logo. That's the curated catalogue we offer: a few select references of t-shirts, polos, sweatshirts, and caps from top promotional textile brands, not fifty thousand.

And the second issue, the perennial HR problem: sizes. At Pekata, you don't guess them or collect them in an Excel sheet: each person chooses theirs on the portal, just like they choose the rest of their welcome pack or gift, and the garment arrives at the office or home.

Corporate clothing, personalised textiles and uniforms are not the same

Corporate clothing is what carries your brand and is worn by choice: polo shirts, sweatshirts, fleeces, vests, caps. Personalised textiles is a broader category, including items that aren't garments — aprons, socks, towels or blankets with your logo. Uniforms are different: clothing worn because the job requires it, in kitchens, workshops, warehouses or shops. This page covers the first two; for the third, see personalised workwear.

The distinction affects the garment, the branding, and who decides. In corporate clothing, the employee chooses, so the logo must be small and the colour subtle, or the garment won't be worn. In uniforms, the company decides, and the branding can be large and visible. When someone looks for customisable textiles for businesses, they're usually thinking of the former, and the real issue isn't finding a catalogue: it's distribution. Here, each person chooses on the portal, and their garment is delivered to the office or their home, across Europe, with a single invoice.

What You Can Customise

  • Customised t-shirts for companies in organic cotton or technical blend, crew neck or V-neck, for teams, events, and volunteering.
  • Custom polos with the logo embroidered on the chest: the informal uniform for sales, reception, and trade shows.
  • Custom sweatshirts, embroidered or printed, and softshell or fleece jackets with your brand: the most requested garments by employees themselves.
  • Custom embroidered caps, scarves, and socks with your logo as a detail within a pack.
  • Marking tailored to each garment: embroidery, screen printing, digital transfer (DTF), or vinyl, with a preview before production.

How It Works

  • Upload your logo and choose garments from the curated catalogue; we show you each piece already customised before you approve anything.
  • Each person selects their size and colour on the portal — or you can send us the list if you prefer a bulk delivery.
  • We mark and deliver: to the office, an event venue, or each person's home, starting from 25 units.

From 25 Units, No Surplus Size Boxes

Promotional textiles are sold in boxes of fifty or a hundred, leaving unwanted sizes. Not here: we produce what each person has chosen, whether it's a polo for a new hire or three hundred custom sweatshirts for a convention, within the same merchandising campaign. If you need workshop, warehouse, or store uniforms, check out the custom workwear.

And if you want the garment accompanied, we pack it in the Pekata box with the rest — notebook, bottle, something gourmet — like any other branded corporate gift. Everything arrives together, with your brand on the band and a single invoice.

Textile Branding Techniques: Screen Printing, Embroidery, DTF or Sublimation

TechniqueDurabilityColour and DetailPricingFile
Screen PrintingInk integrated into the fabric; withstands many washes.1 to 3 flat colours, no gradients. One screen per colour: cost-effective from a few dozen garments.Vector and Pantone for each colour.
EmbroideryIt's thread: lasts as long as the garment does.Up to 8 colours; fine detail is simplified. The pattern is digitised once; then it's all about the stitching.Vector; if there's only PNG, we vectorise it.
Digital Printing (DTF)Domestic wash at 40°C; may crack over the years.Full colour, gradients and photography. No screens or patterns: doesn't penalise short runs.Vector or large PNG at actual size.
SublimationDye penetrates the fibre: doesn't peel or crack.Full colour from seam to seam.No setup cost; worthwhile for small quantities.Artwork at 300 dpi. Only on polyester.
Transfer and Textile VinylLift sooner than embroidery with continuous use.Transfer: many colours. Vinyl: one or two flat.No setup cost: for five garments, not five hundred.Vector; in vinyl, no very fine lines.

You don't choose the technique blindly: send us the logo and the garment, and we'll tell you which fits. For sublimation, the print covering the entire garment requires white polyester. Each garment's page lists the usual branding for each model.

Where the Logo Goes on Each Garment

GarmentUsual Logo AreaSize and Technique
PoloLeft chest; sleeve on the long-sleeve versionEmbroidery 6 to 8 cm. On technical polyester polo, screen transfer or cut vinyl
Sweatshirt and fleeceLeft chest, upper back, cuff, or hoodEmbroidery 6 to 9 cm on the chest; screen printing or transfer if the design is large on the back
CapFront panel; side, back panel or under the visor as a secondary markFlat or raised embroidery, usual area 10 × 5 cm; woven patch if the logo has gradients
Vest and apronLeft chest or pocket; upper back for trade show teamsEmbroidery 7 to 10 cm, and 25 to 30 cm on the back with screen printing or transfer. On softshell, transfer or vinyl: they do not perforate the membrane

A small logo and a single dominant position make the garment wearable outside work. The measurements are typical for each item; in the proposal, we adjust them to your logo.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a minimum order for custom apparel?

Yes: 25 units per reference. From there, a short run for a new hire or hundreds of garments for an event come from the same catalogue, and the price improves with quantity.

How do you collect sizes?

You don't collect them: each person chooses size and colour on the Pekata portal when selecting their gift or welcome pack. If you prefer a bulk delivery to the office, just send us the list and that's it.

Which marking technique is best?

Embroidery for polos, sweatshirts, and caps: it lasts the lifetime of the garment. Screen printing or digital transfer for t-shirts and large runs. We recommend the technique based on garment, logo, and quantity, and you see a preview before production.

How much do personalised hoodies with a logo cost?

A good quality hoodie with embroidered logo ranges from 25 to 45 euros per unit, guide price and excluding VAT. It mainly depends on the garment and the size of the embroidery, and decreases with quantity. In the proposal, we finalise it per unit.

Can I order personalised hoodies or polos for a group with different sizes and colours?

Yes, that's exactly what the portal is designed for. Each person in the group chooses their size and colour, and we produce exactly that combination: no leftover sizes or Excel counting. If the team is large, delivery can be to the office in bulk or to each person's home.

What is considered corporate clothing and how does it differ from workwear?

We call corporate clothing garments that carry your brand and are worn by choice: polo shirts, sweatshirts, fleeces, vests, and caps, with a small logo and in subtle colours. Workwear is worn because the job demands it, in kitchens, workshops, warehouses or shops, where fabric and safety take precedence over design. Both are personalised the same way and come on the same invoice, but we treat them on different pages because the purchasing decision is different.

What file do you need to customise the textiles?

The logo in vector format: SVG, PDF or AI. If you only have a PNG, we'll vectorise it for you. For screen printing, it's helpful if you provide the Pantone references for each colour, and for sublimation, we need the artwork at 300 dpi at actual size. With that, we'll send you a preview of the customised garment, and nothing goes into production until you approve it.
